Name ONE area of your life that God is working on (ex: attitude, financial, family life, overcoming discouragement, etc...):
Being a teenager is hard. Your entire world could change right beneath your feet. Your teenage years could be the worst years of your life when all of a sudden your friends could start experimenting with things that you never even knew existed until now. As a Christian I have someone to stand by me, to keep me from falling, and to protect me. In the book of John it says "He who is in you, is bigger than he who is in the world". I love that verse because it tells me that no matter what my young years can throw at me, God is always bigger and better. God is always working though me to give me the faith and courage to stand up against all evil. As one of my favorite quotes says "Get stoned like John Paul!"

If you had to describe God in THREE words, what would they be?

(1) Unchanging
(2) Love
(3) Indescribable

What task/ministry do you feel God has CALLED YOU to?
(a) NOW: Camp Counselor (Camp Starrigan)
(b) FUTURE: Working with Teens! I can see myself being a part-time youth pastor. I want to make a difference in this world, and many teens need someone just to call a friend or a role model. Wouldn’t it be great to say "hey, I brought that teen to Christ!”

Favourite Movie: The Lord of the Rings (all 3 parts!)

Name 3 things you want to Thank God for:
(1) Saving me (Salvation)
(2) Family (I have an awesome husband and two beautiful boys)
(3) Health

Name ONE area of your life that God is working on (ex: attitude, financial, family life, overcoming discouragement, etc...):

I feel God is working on my attitude toward certain family situations and also with overcoming discouragement. Sometimes I feel very discouraged about our living situation and our finances (or lack there of!). But God has been challenging me to prayer, and to have more faith. I have claimed the verses found in Mark 11: 22-24, "Have faith in God," Jesus answered. "I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, Go,throw yourself into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."
I have those verses on a sheet of Bristol board and tacked to my bedroom wall. Around the verses I have written my own personal prayer requests that I pray for each day. And when I start to feel discouraged, I go to my room and read the verses again for encouragement.

What's your Favourite "God" moment? (Memory of an event, or experience that you "KNEW BEYOND A SHADOW of a doubt" that God was moving/ at work???)
I would have to say my Favourite God moment happened at YC 2005. It was on Sunday afternoon and we got to met Jeff Deyo and the band. Anyway, Jeff Deyo's keyboard player Mark, asked me about my arm. I had broken my thumb about a week and a half before we went to YC in a car accident.
So I told him the story and he said to me I have gifts of healing, would you mind if I prayed over your thumb? I raised an eyebrow, but said sure okay. And he prayed a pray of healing over my thumb. He asked if I felt anything, and I said no because my arm was in a cast. Now, I am not sure if he seen a look of skepticism on my face, but he asked me if he could pray over me. I just smiled and said okay, thinking it a little strange considering I was a complete stranger. But anyway, he took my hands in his and he started to pray. Well, the feeling was unreal! He prayed as if he knew me all of my life. He knew all my spiritual gifts, my strengths and weaknesses, he described my personality to a "TEE". He knew me!!! Capt. Leigh was there with me when this happened and he said it was the same as if Mark had looked into my soul and read me. It was an unbelievable experience. And God was so real. My faith has increased a lot since then. And to top it all off, when I went on got my cast off five days later, the doctor could not find any broken bones in my hand! I give God all the praise and thanks.

If you had to describe God in THREE words, what would they be?
(1) All Sustaining
(2) All Powerful
(3) Just plain AWESOME!

What task/ministry do you feel God has CALLED YOU to?
(a) NOW: Youth Ministry (I'm still 18 ya know!)
(b) FUTURE: Not really sure...still praying about that!
